I believe that the court system is ill-equipped to fashion lasting solutions to problems encountered by families, especially where children are involved. Mediation provides the parties with a forum in which they can decide for themselves what arrangements will best suit their needs.

Mediation Fees/Charges
No charge for initial telephone interview with each party, including answering any questions the parties may have about the process. No charge for preparation of all documents related to the mediation, including the memorandum of issues provided to the parties or their attorneys following the mediation. $125 per person for the first hour, $100 per person for each subsequent hour, including any additional hours scheduled at a future date.
