Comments on Profession
I am excited to offer individuals the opportunity and autonomy to make decisions that are right for them. Mediation is the process of productively discussing the settlement concerns of the client's whether it be custody, child support, visitation, asset division, or alimony. Mediation is a highly successful method for establishing a mutual agreement in the face of family/divorce, modification, or contempt litigation. Mediation offers the parties an opportunity to resolve their dispute outside of the court system. Each individual circumstance is unique requiring flexibility that fits the situation. I offer a professional approach to my mediation services with optimism that each party can reach an amicable decision in the process.
