Mediation helps people deal with family law matters to obtain information and manage conflict in a cost-effective manner. As a mediator, I assist people in clarifying perceptions, communicating effectively, and exploring settlement options quickly and directly. I assist parties in using legal and other professional advice effectively.

Areas of Training
Family Law, including child custody; child and spousal support; estate valuation and division of all forms of marital property including retirement assets; tax; and domestic violence. Mediation techniques. I am trained in and employ tranformative and evaluative mediation techniques as appropriate.
I have been practicing law for 36 years. The past 19 years, my practice has been exclusively in Family Law. I began mediating family law cases in 1999. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and attorneys in managing conflict.

No Minimum or Administrative Fees. As mediation roster default, there is no charge for travel time or mileage.) Other counties: As agreed. (If I am a mediation roster default, I do not charge for travel time or mileage.)
