Family: All Issues, Family: Child Custody/Visitation, Property/Assets/Alimony/Support I welcome not only divorce-related cases, but all family conflict matters. I have past work experience as an elder caregiver, have studied and written on mediation in the context of eldercare disputes, and as such I accept elder decision mediation cases. I invite any family facing a conflict to contact me for a free consultation. I firmly believe that looking into mediation can only serve to help parties in crisis. I also accept non-family mediations, such as workplace conflicts.

Attorneys or other professional advisors are welcome with the advanced notice and permission of both parties.

An hourly rate of $200.00 per hour with a two hour minimum payment of $400.00 due at the onset of the mediation and a $60 administrative fee. No travel charge for the following counties: Linn, Muscatine and Johnson and will negotiate mileage for all other counties in the state of Iowa.
