Divorce, Child Custody, Probate, Guardianship
|Allows Attorneys at Mediation:||Yes|
|Comments on allowing attorneys:|
Mediation is controlled by the parties so it up to the parties if they want (and want to pay) attorneys for that time or not. We will decide in advance so both parties are aware of who is coming.
|Allows Third Parties at Mediation:||Yes|
|Comments on allowing third parties:|
We need to advise everyone in advance as to who will be present. Past experience shows that the two parties working alone is most efficient. New partners or emotionally-involved family members tend to make things more difficult.
