Online Mediation Education Class Help

If you are experiencing issues registering for, paying for, or completing the Online Mediation Education Class, please see below and choose the situation that best applies to you.

I registered for the class but I didn’t pay.

1. Go to http://mediateiowa.org/rm_login
2. Enter your username
3. Enter your password (if you have forgotten your password, click the “Lost your password?” link to reset it)
4.  You will see a link to “Take this Course”
5. Follow the prompts to pay using any credit or debit card.
6. After you pay, you will need to click the link to return to the website with our class; if you get lost, go to this page:  http://mediateiowa.org/rm_login
7. From there, you can start the class. Please complete all steps, including the survey at the end.
8. You will receive an email with your certificate. The certificate will also be sent to the Clerk of Court for your county.

I am having trouble registering for the class.

1. Go to http://mediateiowa.org/online-mediation-class-registration/
2. When done reading the page, click the Register button.
3. This will take you to http://mediateiowa.org/online-mediation-class-registration-page-2
4. Enter the required information.
5. Click the Submit button.
6. From there follow the prompts. You will receive an email and then be asked to login with your credentials at http://mediateiowa.org/rm_login. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.

I registered and paid, but I can’t get to the class.

1. Go to http://mediateiowa.org/rm_login.
2. Enter your username.
3. Enter your password (if you have forgotten your password, click the “Lost your password?” link to reset it)
4. It will direct you to begin the class. Please continue all the way through the class until you finish the Survey.

I registered, paid, and completed the class. But I didn’t get a certificate.

1. Check your spam/junk folder or any other tabs in your email. The email with your certificate may have gotten placed somewhere other than your inbox. If you still can’t find it, continue to Step 2.
2. On occasion, some people will think they finished the class but the very final step of completing the survey isn”t complete. Go to http://mediateiowa.org/rm_login.
3. Enter your username.
4. Enter your password (if you have forgotten your password, click the “Lost your password?” link to reset it)
5. It will direct you to begin the class. Step forward through all the steps you already completed until you get to the Survey. If that step hasn’t been marked complete, you will not receive your certificate. Please complete the Survey and then check your email.
