I have been a family law paralegal for 19 years. Through this experience I have found that parties often have a better outcome if they are able to reach a resolution to their issues by agreement versus allowing the Court to decide for them.

$200 per hour ($100.00 per person) with a one-hour minimum charge. A $60 Administration Fee ($30 per party). Travel time and IRS mileage rate is an additional charge, if applicable. Travel related charges do not apply to cases where I have been named as the default mediator by the court.
