Mediums include Zoom conferencing and teleconferencing in addition to in-person mediations. Both off-site options provide for the ability of individual breakout rooms in order to accommodate caucus style mediations separately from the other party and their attorney, if applicable.

$350 per hour ($175.00 per person) with a one-hour minimum charge. I will schedule additional mediations as necessary or desired at same hourly rate. I do not charge for drive time nor do I charge an administrative fee.
