Family Law: All issues, including child custody and visitation, asset and debt allocation, child support, child medical support, spousal support/alimony, post-secondary education support, modification and enforcement of decrees and orders, other parenting disputes, guardianships, conservatorships, appeals, premarital issues (prenuptial and cohabitation agreements). School Law: All issues, including K-12 and post-secondary.

Parties can decide if they wish to have their attorneys attend mediation with them. Please advise at the time of scheduling mediation if attorneys will be in attendance.

Both parties must be in agreement with the third parties attending.

I believe parties are best suited to make decisions about their future. Mediation offers the opportunity for parties to reach a workable solution with dignity. My role as the mediator is to facilitate settlement discussions and to help parties problem solve and consider alternative options to resolve their dispute.

I have focused my career on family law and school law. I began my career at a children’s law center representing children in high-conflict custody and divorce cases in 2011. I later joined Shuttleworth & Ingersoll in 2014. I enjoy working with families and students to help them make important decisions about their future.

$300 per hour ($150 per hour per party, unless the parties agree to share costs differently). Travel time and IRS mileage rate is an additional charge. Travel related charges do not apply to cases where I have been named as the default mediator by the court.
